Mental Health First
Welcome to the Counseling Center at TSC. We are committed to supporting your mental health needs. Here, you can meet with a professional counselor on campus in person or access a licensed psychiatrist or mental health therapist through Mantra Health, which is available 24/7. Best of all, all counseling and psychiatry services are free for registered students.
Our Goal
The Counseling Center is dedicated to providing a variety of options for you to connect with and receive support in a way that best meets your individual needs.
Intake Consultation - (New Students Only)
If you are visiting the Counseling Center for the first time, the intake consultation typically lasts between 30 to 45 minutes. During this consultation, our goals are to:
- Assess your mental health needs and respond accordingly.
- Determine if you require additional support beyond the consultation.
- Provide guidance on self-care and resources based on your experiences.
- Work together to create a next-step plan that aligns with your needs and personal goals.
Our Mantra Health virtual and in-person counseling teams consist of highly trained and licensed counseling professionals, therapists, social workers, and psychologists who will guide and support you
