This year’s theme, “Black Health and Wellness” will feature exceptional community leaders who work to preserve and promote healthy and holistic living including, but not limited to: Healthcare employees, Health and Wellness Services employees, Fitness employees, or any other community advocates who exhibit leadership in the category. The calendar showcases African-American individuals who exhibit leadership in any sector of the Leon, Wakulla, Gadsden or Jefferson County communities, including the business, non-profit, government, community grassroots advocacy, or education.
The unveiling of the calendar is one of the most popular of the activities that was introduced by Cherry Hall Alexander in 2001. This year’s calendar will highlight an honoree for each month of the year, a President’s Award honoree which is selected by TCC’s President and a student highlight. Please mark your calendars for the unveiling ceremony that will be held on Monday, January 31, 2022.
