Emergency Management
In this section:TSC staff run the Building Captain program to help keep people safe during fires or emergencies. They guide others, report safety problems to TSC Facilities, and report threats to the TSC Police. Building Captains are trained in CPR, fire safety, and how to use a special chair to help people with disabilities down stairs. They wear a red vest during emergencies so they are easy to find.
